The Mi8 Lite by Xiaomi is a mid-range smartphone that was launched in September 2018. It was a part of the Xiaomi Mi 8 series and is a cheaper version of the Mi 8 flagship model. The Mi 8 Lite comes with a 6.26-inch full HD+ display with a resolution of 1080x2280 pixels and an aspect ratio of 19:9. The screen is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 5, which makes it resistant to scratches and minor drops.

Under the hood, the Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 AIE processor, which is an octa-core processor clocked at 2.2GHz. The smartphone runs on Android 8.1 Oreo out of the box, which can be upgraded to MIUI 12 based on Android 10.
