United States — Owner of Narvaez Flower Store in Laredo, Texas tells KGNS News that sales have dipped more than 50%.

The flower store usually work overtime to deal with demand when February comes around, but this year has been a little quieter than usual compared to last year..

Valentine's Day is not complete without some flowers, but the Narvaez Flower Shop owner tells KGNS that, they see lower sales than ever due to COVID-19 outbreak.
