United Kingdom — The billionaire Issa brothers, Mohsin and Zuber said in a joint statement: the firm was a "fantastic brand we have long admired".
Over seventy Leon's fast-food restaurants across the UK and Europe have been sold to the brothers' giant petrol forecourt business EG Group — BBC News Report.
The take-over includes forty-two company-owned restaurants, as well as twenty-nine franchise sites which are mainly found in airports and train stations..
According to a report, the Leon acquisition is reportedly worth about £100 million Euros.
