According to Google, the goal of the Search Console Insights is to help site owners and creators improve on content creation.

Google is making it easy for web masters, bloggers, publishers and SEO professionals to get search overview, helpful insights and content performance.

Search Console Insights can combine data from both Search Console and Google Analytics and help answer questions such as:
• Which of your content performs best?
• How is your new content performing?
• What do people search for on Google before they visit your content?

How do I access the Search Console Insights?

• Search for “Search Console insights” on Google, visit, register or sign in if you already have an account.
• Select “Search Console Insights” from the top of Search Console’s Overview page..
